Solid breakdown of aurora viewing windows in Norway. The Sept to March timeframe is spot on, tho most people dont realize cloud cover can ruin perfect solar conditions. I chased the lights in Iceland once and the KP index was high but we got clouded out three nights straight. Tromsø's infrastructure for aurora tourism is unmatched comapred to other Arctic spots.
